
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to run, swim or play a ball because these exercises are good for increase muscle strength and reduce stress. Other people like to stay healthy by eating nuts , fruits and vegetables . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.
For example, I like to play badminton,walking and jump rope.The reason I like to play badminton is because I can train my sensitivity, I can also train my muscle strength by moving at will during the game, and most importantly, it can increase my reaction ability. I like walking and skipping rope because they can burn fat and allow me to lose weight quickly. In addition, they can also improve my mood and reduce stress. They can also maintain physical health and increase muscle strength.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fruits, vegetables and nuts at least one time a week. I eat fruit or nuts in the afternoon when I’m hungry, and eat lots of vegetables at lunch and dinner.Because fruits, nuts and vegetables are rich in nutritional value, eating them will not cause any burden to the body.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much High-fat foods, Foods high in sugar or pickled food. High-oil, high-sugar and pickled foods will put a great burden on the body. Long-term consumption will cause health problems. In addition to causing obesity, it can also easily indirectly cause cardiovascular disease or kidney problems.
In conclusion, Regular exercise and a healthy diet can keep my body healthy. Eating less junk food can reduce the burden on my body. Exercise can prevent my muscles from losing so quickly, and diet can keep my body healthy.
